We look at your business
What you sell, what a job is worth, how your team talks. 30 minutes on a call and a look at your export.
Send us the contacts you've already given up on. We build the campaign, write the messages in your voice, and run it. Nothing comes out of your pocket until something lands on your calendar.
What you sell, what a job is worth, how your team talks. 30 minutes on a call and a look at your export.
Segments, sequences, and messages written in your voice. You approve everything before a single text goes out.
Appointments appear on your calendar as they happen. You see the same screen we do.
A solar company handed us 500 old inquiries and quotes. No new advertising, no discounting, nobody hired. One campaign against people the business had stopped counting.
One client, one campaign. It is the result we have, and we show it rather than a portfolio we don't. Your own audit produces a number specific to your database before you commit to anything.
Move the sliders. The reply and booking rates come from the campaign above, so this is arithmetic on a real result rather than a projection we invented. We get paid on the appointments. Your team closes them.
30 seconds. We check whether your list is big enough and your jobs valuable enough for this to be worth running.
CSV, spreadsheet, or a screen share of your CRM. We handle the cleaning, the segmenting and the compliance check.
You read every message before it sends. Nothing goes out in your name that you haven't signed off.
You pay an agreed amount per appointment, after it lands on your calendar. Nothing books, nothing is owed.
We take a small number of pilots at a time because each one is built by hand. If we can't run yours well right now, we'll say so instead of putting you in a queue.
Once the full system is live you get a dashboard you can talk to, typed the way you'd say it out loud.
Leads in, answered, booked, and what it was worth, without opening a report.
Booked appointments traced back to where they came from.
Dollars in against dollars out, for the period you name.
The leak costing you the most this month, and what closing it would take.
For 11 years I ran global go-to-market operations at LinkedIn. I got very good at finding the places where revenue quietly disappears, and I found them everywhere. Even at a company that size, most of what goes missing isn't lost to competitors. It's lost to a follow-up nobody made.
What kept nagging at me was that the businesses who could least afford that leak had the least access to the fix. Enterprise software prices them out and enterprise consultants ignore them. So I left to build the same systems for the companies who actually feel the difference when a $12,000 job gets recovered.
Your name, your work email, your company and website, and what a job is worth. That is the whole form. We confirm you qualify before anything else happens.
